We are currently shipping to US customers only. We will begin offering Canadian and international shipping in 2008.
Nobody likes high shipping costs and we do our best to offer the lowest rates possible for the items we offer.
We have selected USPS as our preferred carrier but reserve the option to ship with the carrier we feel offers the best rate for each order.
We do offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
How long does it take and how much?

Lucky Saks/Small Black Dog convertible bags: Orders of 2 or more--USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)-- $8.95(Flat Rate)
Avoid shipment delays by doing the following
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

1) The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid USPS postal address or there could be a delay with your order. If you need to check, click this USPS link to verify.
2) Make sure your billing address matches the address issued to your credit card.
Returns
If you do request a return, please call or email us to obtain a RAN (return authorization number), then, do the following:
Send the following via first class mail (insured for original purchase price)
1) The packing list or on a sheet of paper write your name, address, phone and email address and reason for the return.
2) The item in new, original condition.
We will then issue a credit to the original card used.
Rejected Orders
We reserve the right to reject any order that we consider fraudulent in any way, or any error in description or price posted on our website or any order if there is insufficient stock.

We do our best to maintain consistent stock but at times demand may exceed supply. If we are out of stock of any item, we will issue you via email a backorder date for your approval.

Sales tax of 6% will be charged on all orders shipped to Connecticut.
